What sizes are available?

Available sizes are displayed directly for each product and may vary depending on available stock. All sizes shown on the website are US sizes. For UK and EU size conversions, please refer to our size guide. Our sizes range from US 3 for kids to US 17 for adults, depending on the model.

What style of shoes are they compatible with?

Our insoles are compatible with all shoe styles unless otherwise stated in the product description. Most of our models feature cut-outs at the toes to ensure a perfect fit.

Can I wear them with socks?

Yes, you can wear socks without any issue, as long as they are not too thick.

Can I transfer my insoles from one pair of shoes to another?

Yes, you can easily transfer your insoles from one pair of shoes to another. If a specific cut is needed for certain shoes, you can use two different pairs of insoles.

How to clean my insoles

Simply clean them with warm water and soap, then let them air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine.

Are my insoles guaranteed ?

Yes, they are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement pair at our expense. Only original, undamaged, and unmodified items are covered. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, improper care, misuse, or exposure to harmful substances or environments.

Why use a foot measurer?

A foot measurer allows you to measure your feet, as it’s essential to know your exact shoe size to properly fit orthopedic insoles. Smartfeet helps with an adult foot measurer that will give you the length of your foot in centimeters. For smaller feet, we recommend downloading the children's foot measurer. Below you will find the sizes associated in our size guide.

How to use the foot measurer and measure your foot size?

1. Download the foot measurer online (PDF)

2. Print it at 100% size

3. Fold and raise the paper at a right angle at the dotted line. Then place it against a wall.

4. Stand up and place your foot on the paper with the heel against the wall.

5. Measure the distance between the heel and the longest toe. Then draw a line with a pencil at the tip of the big toe.

6. Now, just read the foot measurer to find your size. Tip: We recommend choosing a size above, as most of our insoles are cuttable to allow a perfect fit to your foot shape.

Shoe Size Guide

Smartfeet orthopedic insole sizes are the same as your shoe sizes. To find the correct size, simply match the foot length in cm that you measured previously with the right size and country. Our size guide is valid for European countries, as well as the United Kingdom, USA, and Canada.

Find orthopedic insoles suitable for your children's feet

It’s recommended to use orthopedic insoles starting at age 5. At this age, their skeleton is still flexible enough to quickly correct foot issues. It's challenging to spot this type of issue in children, but you can check if the wear of the shoe appears only on the inner or outer side. If this is the case, your child may be pronated or supinated. If you have any doubts, we recommend taking your child to a pediatrician or podiatrist for a concrete diagnosis of the issue.
